Application for non-material amendment to planning permission ref.19/04644/FULL1 to revise the wording of Condition 20 to the following: (i) The development hereby permitted shall incorporate measures to minimise the risk of crime and to meet the specific needs of the application site and development. Prior to the commencement of above ground construction for each phase of the development, details of such measures shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and reviewed in consultation with the Metropolitan Police. (ii) The approved measures shall be implemented before the development is occupied.
