A1 Lime on front-left boundary, on the bank of Kyd Brook - Remove overgrown basal suckers growing out over pavement and toward the flats (the straighter ones will remain). A2 Various species along Kyd Brook (from adjacent to lime (A1) up to boundary wall at rear of adjacent property): i) Sycamore (300mm diameter): Remove basal suckers and 2 no. lowest branches; ii) Group of saplings (1 no. Ash, 2 no. Elder; 1 no. Elm) - Fell to ground level; iii) Sycamore (150mm diameter) - Section fell to ground level; iv) Lime (ivy-covered, 150mm diameter), adjacent to the above - Section fell to ground level; v) Privet (group adjacent to the above, up to boundary wall) - Fell to ground level; vi) Sycamore x2 (100mm diameter) - Section fell to as close to ground level as practicable. A3 Various species: Saplings (Holly, Ash, Sycamore), ivy and bramble etc. around Cotoneaster on front boundary, to right of pedestrian entrance (approx 8m linear section, up to the point where the tips of the elm branches are overhanging) - Grub out all saplings, cut down and treat the holly, brushcut the bramble and ivy to ground level and remove the lowest fork from the overhanging elm tree at the right hand end. Lightly prune the Cotoneaster, to shape. A4 Holly x5: Self sown trees growing to right side of entrance steps - Fell and treat stumps with Eco-Plugs to prevent regrowth. A5 Holly growing against low retaining wall adjacent to front right of building - Fell to ground level. A6 Elm (dead) on embankment (right boundary) adjacent to large poplars - Fell to ground level. A7 Ash and Elder overhanging rear lawn (right side) - Remove the lowest 2 no. major branches from the elder and the lowest limb from the ash (limb diameter approx 80mm).
