Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings) and Condition 7 (Highways License) of planning permission ref: 21/04851/FULL1 (granted on 26.05.22) for 'Refurbishment and extension to West Wickham library including a new cafe and community space; redevelopment of the car park site on Croft Avenue to provide a mews of 6 houses comprising 12 flats (6 x 1 bed and 6 x 3 bed) and a detached three storey block of flats comprising 14 units (3 x studio and 11 x 1 bed); with associated bike and bin stores, car parking, ancillary space and private and communal amenity space and alterations to the access road' to allow: alterations to the windows and rooflights of the library; alteration to the positioning of one plant unit for the library; the addition of a maintenance access to the rear of the library; alterations to the elevations of the mews houses; alterations to the ventilation grille positions on the library and apartment housing block; amendment to bike store layout of block A resulting in a change to the location of the external door; alterations to the plant enclosure to block A; and to permit above ground works to the library and apartment block on Croft Avenue independent of the Highways License and to permit above ground works to mews houses following First Resolution of the Road Adoption Process.
