Extension to the existing David Lloyd Club to extend spa facilities (including construction of single storey open-sided meditation hut), with spa garden enlargement, fire pit and external seating area, extension to existing car park (to be completed in reinforced grass surfacing) and extension to existing pool terrace onto part of the existing car park to south of outdoor pool, to allow installation of a new childrens water play area (including water slide), new Battlebox external fitness area and plant building. Construction of covered seating area adjacent to main building and related sitewide infrastructure.
