1. To provide enhanced bearing support for two roof trusses in the east wing, following historic outward movement of the south wall at first floor. 2. To provide enhanced restraint to rafter fixings to existing roof purlins to prevent further roof spread in local areas 3. To strengthen the weakened external bressummer beam supporting the north wall of the first floor gatehouse with bolted soffit place. 4. To verify the support condition of the external bressummer beam supporting the south wall of the first floor gate house through careful opening up 5. Roof repairs 6. Replacement of defective render to the gables of the gatehouse over the East and West ranges 7. External redecoration of southern elevation 8. Replacement of rotten and defective timer frame to North elevation 9. Isolated bricks/replacement, where bricks are missing together with localised re-pointing of defective mortar 10. Removal of asbestos boarding and reinstatement of soffit.
