Redevelopment of part of the New Malden Sports Ground to provide a new 3G synthetic turf pitch to replace the existing grass pitch of the same size, a new 3G synthetic turf multi-use court (marked for use as a netball court), floodlighting columns (associated with the 3G synthetic turf pitches), an open-air external storage area adjacent to the new 3G pitches, improvement of existing tennis courts to provide multi-functional sports use, works to improve the sustainable land drainage and surface water attenuation, creation of a new primary access for visitor car parking from Windsor Avenue, twin-bar fencing to the perimeter of the proposed 3G pitches and car parking boundary, and installation of dedicated pathways to create level, safe and compliant access to the new 3G pitches
