Non Material Amendment - The original drawings showed French doors to the rear of the property. We have altered the design by installing 4m bi-folds doors. We have replaced the rear 1st floor bedroom window with French doors. We have also sloped the rear 1st floor flat roof with roof lantern from left to right removing the guttering that run along the rear of the property and installed a small parapet wall. Due to the regulations of having 150mm overlap of the roof finish means that there is a 150mm increase in the elevation of the rear extension but only to the very rear of the property. The side that is closest to number 12 is the original roof height according to the plans and structural engineers calculations subject to 20/503194/FULL.
