Immediately adjacent is a very large Buddleia leaning into the tree, across the drying area and the house combined with some outgrown hedging. Recommendations are to coppice the Buddleia to approximately 600mm above ground level to allow for cyclical maintenance . To bring the hedging down to broadly similar height, approximately 900mm above ground level to maintain the hedge but also improve light into the area.
