Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) to substitute the approved plans and secure agreement to the changes to the location of the internal sub-division walls / floor areas. This will allow Morrisons to trade from a greater proportion of the building, but still retain a proportion for future letting attached to planning permission 18/02135/FUL dated 9th May 2019 which granted full planning permission for: Conversion of existing building (ground floor) to create a foodstore (Morrisons Store) and up to two additional retail units, with an ancillary kiosk.
