Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (approved documents) - to enclose the proposed plant on the third floor roof to the rear of the proposed building; to relocate a cold water tank and install a new life safety sprinkler tank in the ground floor plant room; to create an enclosure to the small under-croft area at ground floor to the rear; to enlarge proposed substation with associated brickwork alterations; and minor elevation alterations, attached to planning permission 19/00281/FUL dated 8th January 2020 which granted full planning permission for: "Construction of a five storey non-residential building (Use Class D1) to accommodate a four form entry secondary school, including associated highway works, cycle parking and landscaping. This application is affecting the setting of a listed building, Grain Silo, Grade 2 listed."
