Section 73 application to vary Condition 3 (Demolition and Construction Management Plan) to change the wording to alter the trigger of the condition from "no works shall commence" to "no works shall commence (with the exception of the digging of a trench measuring 3 metres in depth and 0.6 metres in width as approved on drawing 'Foundation Plan - Structural Details - 1001 Revision B)" attached to planning permission 18/01733/FUL dated 23rd September 2019 which granted planning permission for; "Complete demolition of the existing office building (Use B1) and construction of a 6 No. storey new build Hotel Scheme (Use C1) (plus plant room above). Scheme comprises of 85 No. hotel rooms with ancillary accommodation to include dining facility, bin/refuse stores and linen storage. Proposals also include illuminated signage".
