Non-material amendment to planning permission PF/22/1142 for Demolition of existing masonry wall; Erection of replacement brick boundary walls with gates to facilitate creation of a new walled garden and pedestrian access to car park as follows: 1) To retain the boundary wall to the south of the site being adjacent to the public car park 2) To form a new coping detail on the retained wall to match the new wall to be constructed on the eastern boundary of the site 3) To patch repair the retained wall and make good the mortar 4) To widen the ramp and the new pedestrian access through the retained wall
