Non material amendment to permission 18/P/4682/MMA (minor material amendment to planning permission 17/P/1078/F (change of use from nursing home (Use Class C2) to 19no. self-contained flats (Use Class C3). Works to include; two storey side extension to no.6, two storey rear extension to no.2 & 4, removal of link between buildings, removal of garage, new dormers to front elevations, parking provision and hard/soft landscape works) to allow for simplification of the dormers, parapet heights adjusted, Stone "tiara" omitted and replaced with lead grey finish to upstand and overhang, chimney and false parapet wall to front roof omitted at nos. 2-4; rebuild rear wall and finish with render, remove bay windows to rear and replace with new windows, french casement in lieu of the paired sash windows to front elevation at no.6; enlarged Bin Store; all existing windows will be replaced with white double glazed sliding sash windows
