Variation of Conditions 19 (CEMP), 24 (Construction Hours) and 25 (Deliveries) of application 20/00165/FUL - The current Construction Environmental Manage Plan has regard to the temporary Extension to Working hours in the Ministerial Statement dated 13th May 2020 by the Secretary of state for MHCLG and approved by North Tyneside Council. We respectfully ask for approval for the current arrangements to be further extended by 12 months. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the submitted Construction Environmental Management Plan.
