Strip back existing roof covering, remove all flashings, raise existing upstands, fascias, and perimeter to proposed roof height, remove redundant rooflights, set aside ventilation units and extraction units/ducting, prime existing roofing, install Air and Vapour Control Layer, install 150mm thermal insulation and install underlay and cap sheet. Refit ventilation unit and new rooflights where required.
