Remove and carefully store solar PV panels, remove and discard water tank tower. Strip back existing waterproofing to flat roof, remove all flashings and raise existing upstands and fascias by 150mm. Remove redundant rooflights and replace 2 number as agreed. Remove and set aside extraction units/ducting. Prime roofing, install air and vapour control layer, 150mm of thermal insulation, underlay and capsheet. Re-fix solar PV panels and extract units/ducting.
