Listed Building Consent: Lift roof weatherings, clean and patch repair timber boarding and structure below, re-lay slate and lead materials using new fixings. Repair/redecorate perimeter timber ring. Replace/overhaul cast iron rainwater goods as necessary. Clean stone columns and replace severely damaged stonework. Stone plinths for timber columns. Provide better gullies and surface water drainage. New lighting and small power equipment. Install black painted stainless steel mesh panels to eaves and replace flooring (As Amended 24.11).
