Reduce height by 4m from 10m to 6m and spread by 3m from 8m to 5m with view to reduce further in the future as early veteranised boundary tree; T2 Oak on northern boundary one sided over lawn: Suppressed to north and low canopy south. Reduce extended limbs over lawn side by 2.5 - 3 metres from 8-9m; G1 Mixed, rear boundary trees/high hedge: Overhanging boundary. Re-pollard all boundary trees to 4 metres (from 6-7 metres) and trim sides; G2 Scots pine and elm on Newmarket Rd: Low canopy and large deadwood. Crown lift low branches to highway regs and remove hazardous deadwood.
