Lift to 2m to emphasise coloured stems T8 - Ilex aquifolium Reduce southern spread by up to 2m to allow space for dogwood. Match rest of spread and height to achieve balanced canopy (illustrated supporting document) T9 - Cratageus sp. Fell and remove stump. Heavy previous reduction, damaged by ivy encroachment. Lean caused by possible movement in root plate. Replace with feature specimen tree T10 - Ilex aquifolium variegata Fell and remove stump T11 - Unidentified tree Retain leaning . 20% crown reduction to increase light to border and give space to adjacent walnut. T12 - Juglans regia Retain. T13, T14, T15 - Prunus sp. Fell T13 & 14 to ground level and grind stumps. Retain T15: crown clean and cut back any sucker growth from roots. T16 - Acer pseudplatanus Fell self-set sycamore, remove stump. T17 - Sorbus aucuparia Retain rowan: crown clean T18 - Taxus baccata Reduce and crown lift southern spread of neighbours overhanging yew by up to 50cm from boundary. Up to 5m from ground level. Reduces heaviest encroaching overhang to allow light into garden. T19 - Laurus nobilis Reduce height of bay tree by 3m and horizontal spread by 1m to give space to neighbouring jacquemontii. Maintain as topiary in future. T20 - Betula utilis jacquemontii Crown lift to 2m to allow access to future stairway/reveal stem
