Demolition of existing porter's lodge and reinstatement of loggia. Conversion of existing bursars office to new porters lodge, including formation of new door opening through wall at south-west corner of front quad. Replacement of window sashes with new double glazed units. Demolition of wall and gate at entrance to Beer Cellar Yard and of chimney to Drawda Building. Demolition of gates at steps, window and bars, grilles, air conditioning units and window boxing to Beer Cellar Yard and creation of 1no. door. Creation of ramp access from High Street through to Beer Cellar Yard, step and lift access into lodge. Creation of gates, barriers and entrance screen. Existing vent grilles replaced with cast iron grilles. Alteration to fenestration. (Amended plans)
