Refurbishment and alteration of the west wing of the Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory and museum store to enable use as a graduate college (Use Class F1), including internal layout changes, new door openings, new service penetrations and secondary glazing. External works to include replacement of roof finish and rooflights, replacement of external plant equipment in Sidgwick Close and creation of new service penetration through external wall of Inorganic Chemistry south wing.
