Internal works to the Beckington Room to include, repainting of the internal walls and ceiling, installation of bronze rail and chain system to allow hanging of pictures and lighting, installation of cast iron radiators, relocation of smoke detector and replacement of chandelier. Internal works to the Williams Room to include redecoration of internal walls with William Morris wallpaper, replacement of existing electric wall mounted heaters with cast iron radiators and replacement of chandelier. Internal works to the Williams Room WC and WC lobby to include demolition of existing partition and erection of new partition, to allow the relocation of door, replacement of existing sanitary fixings and wall tiles, installation of new cornice and coat cupboard.
