T.8 Cotoneaster - Remove, poorly developed appearance and canopy providing low amenity value. In addition, the following works to trees to be retained and pruned: T.5 - Lime - Create pollard, outgrown its site, considerable over shading and within close proximity of building (within 5 metres).
