Demolition of the existing pavilion, grounds maintenance buildings and hard standing areas. Construction of a new replacement pavilion and a replacement grounds maintenance building (ancillary to the main campus), including associated car and cycle parking, external plant enclosure and landscaping works. Variation of Conditions 8 and 12 of permission 21/00803/S73. Change to specification of surface build up for part of access road and car park. The approved scheme provided for a porous asphalt on part of the access road and car park, however this type of surface is not adequate for the type of maintenance vehicles and tight maneuvering that will lead to wheel scrubbing, as it will break up very quickly. Allow for new drawings to be approved under these conditions.
