Proposal involves hard and soft landscape amendments to the current planning approval as follows: Remove six no. existing Corsican Pine trees along the front boundary to Hurst Drive (T2-T7). Plant eight no. new trees along the front and side boundaries of ViVa Griha to Hurst Drive and Wonford Close. Remove the existing hedges along the East site boundary, shown as to be retained on the approved planning condition drawings and plant new perimeter Laurel hedge.
