The elm tree (E1 on Plan1 and the fourth tree from the left in Photo 1 and the right hand tree in Photo 3) needs a five metre crown reduction Both trees are overhanging the house indicated in blue on Plan 1 and pictured in Photo 2. The resident is complaining about excessive shade and debris falling into the garden. the resident has apparently reported the problem to the council
