Non-material amendment to planning permission DC/2018/01480 granted on 19/08/2018 to amend the height of glazed balcony balustrading to care home element only increased in height from 1100mm to 1800mm high and confirmation of material and colour of roof soffits and fascia boards: black UPVC the rainwater goods to Oxford Road and Palace Road elevations to be black PPC aluminium, with the exception of the high level gutter along the Oxford Road elevation which will be dark grey PPC aluminium to match lead cladding in this area alone .Rainwater goods to internal / courtyard elevations to be black UPVC, the height of 'chimney / dormer' feature to gable elevation 3 and reduced in height , material changed from brickwork to standing seam lead cladding, lift overun to 3rd floor, elevation 4 and 3 amended to black vertical timber effect cladding to match other areas of cladding.
