Resurfacing of existing car park including the construction of a soakaway and the construction of a footpath at the rear of the car park, to join up with the existing footpaths at Manor Field Burial Ground and Hartley Burial Ground. The proposal will involve the removal of part of the two hedges to enable the path from Hartley Burial Ground leading to the car park to be constructed.
