Non-material amendments to planning permission dated 24.11.2020 (PL/2020/00828/PPRM) erection of 114 residential dwellings with parking, internal access roads, landscaping and all other details required by condition No. 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely (a) amendment to Condition 1 to allow Burns house type substitution to plots 371, 379, 385, 388, 394, 399 & 411 and Darlton house type substitution to plots 412, 425 & 446); and (b) amendment to plot numbers listed in Condition 2.
