Amendments to planning permission dated 14.08.2017 (PL/2017/01205/PPRM) for: Erection of five warehouse buildings (Use Class B2/B8 with ancillary B1) with associated internal access roads, car parking, substations, service yards, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping. Namely: Amendments sought for the introduction of mezzanines at first and second floor level; the creation of a new main entrance befitting of a B1 use building for a global company; new substation to facilitate Gymshark's energy needs; additional first floor windows and an open terrace associated with the introduction of a mezzanine; additional plant area at ground floor on the eastern elevation (below open terrace); and increase of parking spaces associated with the change of use following planning approval PL/2017/01205/PPRM.
