Fell 1 no cedar tree (TPO 1015) and kill all roots due to significant structural damage to front walls and replant with appropriate alternative as part of a renewal of frontage in due course. Removal of other smaller tree as stated in structural report to enable safe rebuilding of all damaged front boundary walls to property. Walls will be repaired to match existing character. Once approval to remove trees is received the intention is to renew front driveway to property subject to conservation area planning requirements. Time delay to drive way works is necessary to allow for heave and other ground level settlements once trees have been cleared. SA separate submission will be made for that work at the appropriate time but tree removal is essential first step to prevent further progression of wall damage and to allow for ground to settle and wall repairs to be done safely.
