Namely: amended condition 5 to read notwithstanding the details set out in the approved method statement (Project No c5258-21-639: Method Statement 01), unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority, the demolition and site clearance works hereby approved, with the exception of the clinic as highlighted in green on the demolition plan; shall be limited to above ground works only and all foundations and floor slabs shall remain in situ.
