Following planning approval PL/2021/01705/MINFHO amended application to capture a small addition to the side of the rear of the extension and a slight increase in the walls of the front and rear without increasing the total height, that, however, is required as the previous application levels were unworkable. A small extension at the rear to square off the back under permitted development is also added. Access and drainage statements remain unaffected.
