Discharge of Condition 3, part 2 pre commencment only - Land Contamination, on planning approval PL/2022/02069/VAR - Vary condition No. 2- Approved plans on planning approval PL/2021/03253/PPFL - Erection of a drive-thru coffee shop, installation of 32 bay EV forecourt and 150 parking bays with AC charging to each position, with associated infrastructure. Namely, to provide a minor change to the layout of the proposal, including repositioning of access and amendment to design of forecourt canopy.
