The caravan is also used as an office and reception area for when veterinarians visit the farm for health checks, mandatory Bovine Tuberculosis testing and for shelter and use as a changing area with hand washing facilities ancillary to the use of the land which is primarily agricultural and equestrian grazing and poultry breeding and rearing.
