Minor material amendment to planning permission 17/AP/1665, which was a variation of permission 16/AP/2649 for 'the construction of part three/part four/part five storey building to provide a School of Theatre Arts comprising teaching, rehearsal and administrative accommodation and theatre (Class D1), and cafe/restaurant/bar (Class A3/A4) with associated landscaping to Peckham Square and Peckham Hill Street. Provision of new vehicular access from Peckham Hill Street with associated servicing, disabled parking, cycle and refuse storage areas' comprising: - Variation of Condition 23 'Hours of Use of Roof Terrace' to extend the hours during which the roof terrace can be used from 0800-2100 daily to 0800- 2330 daily (including Bank Holidays); - Insertion of a condition requiring the terrace to be operated in accordance with the measures set out in the Operational Management Plan and the Noise Impact Assessment.
