Details of Condition 4 'Construction Method Statement' as required by planning permission LBS reg no 18/AP/1513 - Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and the removal of Condition 5 (Aboricultural Impact Assessment) of planning permission dated 8/1/2018 [LBS Ref 17/AP/3998] for construction of a six storey dwelling house with basement and roof terrace. The mains amendment proposed are: -Reduction in the floor to ceiling heights to 2.7m (still easily exceeding the Council's minimum standards), which enables an additional storey to be fitted into the consented envelope. -Variations to the footprint of the building to the north and south to extend the site boundary. -Design of the elevations and roof terrace canopy revised.
