Non material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/2923 dated 4th December 2020 for 'Formation of a new access passage across the garden of no.73 incorporating ramp, new boundary walls and access gates. Permitting access to the gardens of the flats at 73A and 73D-E, the rear part of the garden at 73 and to the Graces Mews estate'. The amendment seeks the following: to straighten the new access passage, reposition the proposed north gate so that it is slightly inset, remove the proposed gate on the south side of the site and to raise part of the wall of the new passageway by approximately 30cm.
