Details of Condition 2ii (Structural Works) and 2iv (Render Repairs), as required by planning permission 19/AP/2097 (Listed Building Consent for internal and external works comprised of : (a) The renewal of roof areas, integral gutters and flashings, alterations to falls to gutters to assist in drainage of the roof, repair of render fillets and mortar joints. (b) Repairs to external walls, chimney stacks, cornices, parapets, etc. including render/stucco repairs, remarking ashlar markings where required. (c) Redecoration of external render/stucco, rainwater goods (d) Overhaul of windows and doors and redecoration (e) Renewal of lightning protection (f) Interior refurbishment - comprising: Removal of 1997 secondary glazing, repairs to areas of lath and plaster ceiling, replacement of 1997 suspended metal frame ceiling areas, reconfiguration and refurbishment of 1997 toilet and kitchenette areas, upgrading service infrastructure, general redecoration and installation of new floor finishes.
