The Owners are completely re landscaping the garden to make the space usable for young children. Permission is requested to fell the silver birch and 3x apple trees currently in the garden. These trees have become too large for the location. Part of the new plan includes replanting with smaller trees that are an appropriate size for the location. The owners are quite happy to include any species of small tree that the council would like to see planted Replant with 2 x Ulmus wredei Aurea: Golden Leafed Elm or similar.
