Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/2566 (Demolition of existing single storey rear extension; construction of single storey rear extension, first floor rear extension and 2 x rear dormer windows; new doors and windows throughout, alterations to existing openings.) for the following changes: - Raise internal ground level and external rear terrace level by 150mm (relative to approved scheme). - Installation of external step to front elevation. - Omission of 2 x brick alcoves, replace with flush brickwork on north elevation - Reposition of 1 x first floor window and 1 x ground floor window on north elevation. - Replacement of 1 x first floor window with recessed brick alcove on south elevation - Alterations to 3 x window heads at first floor rear elevation. - Lowering of window and door heads of the extension by two brick courses - Changes to the rear lead dormers to match existing front dormers. - Replacement of 2 x existing brick chimneys with new lightweight construction clad brick slips.
