Removal/ Variation of Condition 2, 3 and 4 pursuant to Listed Building Consent 21/AP/2321 dated 19/08/2021 for 'Remedial works to top courses of brickwork to the rear elevation due to movement of the outer skin of brickwork and replacement of the third floor window (rear elevation) to match existing'. The amendment consists of: removal of condition 2 as it is not possible to provide a sample of the existing bricks being re-used without removal of the bricks. Removal of condition 3. Photographs of rear third floor windows with dimensions for window to be matched in style, appearance and dimensions, to only operate as a sash window, the top sash will not be pivoted. Removal of condition 4 as no works are to be undertaken to the roof valley beam on site.
