Application for the approval of reserved matters (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale) in relation to Canada Dock and land adjacent to zone D pursuant to hybrid planning permission ref. 18/AP/1604 dated 29th May 2020, relating to the re-development of Canada Dock, including the re-grading and re-planting of the SINC, construction of a new boardwalk, construction of steps and accessible slopes along the southern edge and associated public realm, informal play space and landscape improvements. This is an application for subsequent consent accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Consequently the application is accompanied by a Statement of Conformity submitted pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) regulations 2017. This ES Statement of Conformity should be read in conjunction with the Canada Water Masterplan ES which can be viewed in full on the Councils website (18/AP/1604).
