Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 21/AP/1359 dated 9th June 2021 for 'Construction of a single storey rear extension; a side return extension at ground, first and second floor levels; and the addition of a second floor level and a new roof above the existing parapet, replacement of boundary treatments with landscaping to the corner planter and garden'.
