The following amendments are sought in order to accommodate a Life Science Operator Combine buildings B and C into a single building Creation of additional floor area by infilling the space between Buildings B and C and building additional space at second floor level on the south elevation Installation of external flues Increased height to accommodate enhanced service zone and plant for future occupiers Increased development area to meet space demands and provide lab space (+1,111 sqm) General amendments to building layout, access and shared amenity, including increased floor to ceiling heights External escape stairs for increased floorplate flexibility Building BC entrance relocated to the middle of the building Terraces re-allocated to provide a mixture of external terrace types Clarification over materiality for Building BC'.
