Non material amendment to planning permission ref. 11/AP/1987 dated 28/03/2012 for London Bridge Station, for demolition of listed train shed, part of St Thomas Street wall, 64-84 Tooley Street, and arches together with closure of Weston Street and Stainer Street in order to provide a new station layout including: construction of a new street-level station concourse, new replacement facades on Tooley Street and St Thomas Street, new roof canopies, landscaping and other works associated with the station. The amendment seeks the following: Change one arch shown as Class 'A' retail use on the Proposed Land Use Plan to leisure (Class D1, D2 and sui generis uses)
