Variation of Clause 2 and Clause 6 of Section 106 agreement attached to planning permission dated 12.03.1999 [LBS Ref . 95/AP/0175] for 'Use and extension of former public lavatories for domestic purposes ancillary to the single dwellinghouse at 2 Darwin Street together with the erection of new boundary wall'. The proposed amendment consists of the following: Clause 2 and 6 no longer have any use or purpose. The variation would allow Section 106 Agreement to be removed formally and that the entire document to be negated by a Deed of Release.
