Variation of Conditions 1 'Approved plans' and 6 'Noise impact assessment' of planning permission 22/AP/0103 dated 28/04/2022 for the 'Construction of a single storey side-rear extension with a pergola to the rear and an 'L-shaped' rear dormer extension, in conjunction with the raising of the roof ridge by 420mm and the installation of two rooflights on the front roof slope; the installation of an enclosed air source heat pump and photovoltaic panels on the roof of the dormer; the restoration of the original brickwork to the front of the property and the installation of horizontal tiled cladding to the rear; the installation of new aluminium framed windows throughout, including two Juliet balconies to the rear; and the removal of the existing front boundary wall and the addition of a timber bin store and metal planters to the front garden'.
