Non-material amendment to enable a variation in the wording of Condition 7 attached to s73 planning permission 22/AP/2196 (which was a variation of 20/AP/2482 for Construction of four, part two/part three storey buildings incorporating roof terraces, for a temporary period of not more than seven years comprising uses including education (Use Class F1) and flexible education, Life sciences and office and ancillary uses (Use Classes F1 and E)). The variation will alter the time period for implementing offsite highways works.
