LEG/RP/PL/S106/RR020/30 associated with planning permission ref. 19/AP/1612 in order to increase the Tree Loss Contribution by a further £13,508.00 to give a total Tree Loss Contribution of £56,648.00. The increase arises as a result of the removal of 4 x H.Chestnut trees to facilitate the remedial works (removal of contaminated soil) and to increase tree planting to 41 trees, equivalent to 842cm girth.
